ZoomAlert - how and why it works

The biggest problem a user faces in an online work environment is the somewhat intimidating system of attending meetings by manually scouting for them, remembering or noting them in any way, and then usually manually finding the Zoom logon information, and finally joining the meeting, usually late. 

ZoomAlert is designed to automate the process of getting Zoom logon information at the right time, and make the whole online meeting workflow far more intuitive.

Whenever anybody posts a Zoom invitation, ZoomAlert picks it up, saves it and reminds the user a few minutes ahead of a Zoom meeting, with the Zoom logon information and the handy Zoom link for easier access.
